HID 125 kHz Proximity MaxiProx 5375 Long Range Proximity Reader

The HID MaxiProx 5375 Long Range Proximity Reader delivers dependable long-range access control performance for parking facilities, gated entrances, and other vehicle access applications. Built with all electronics integrated into a rugged, easy-to-install housing, the MaxiProx provides a durable solution for environments requiring extended credential read distances without the need for additional external components.

Supporting 125 kHz HID proximity credentials, the MaxiProx 5375 can achieve read ranges of up to 6 feet when used with ProxPass credentials. Its Autotune feature helps maintain consistent read performance when installed near metal surfaces by automatically adjusting to environmental conditions. The reader supports Wiegand, Clock-and-Data, and selectable serial outputs, providing flexible integration with a wide range of access control systems.

Designed specifically for vehicle and parking access applications, the HID MaxiProx 5375 includes a Parking Hold feature that connects to a loop detector to help ensure accurate vehicle detection in parking lanes. The reader supports HID cards and tags with formats up to 85 bits and includes a multicolor LED with internal or host-controlled LED and beeper functionality. Multiple MaxiProx readers can also be installed together for HI-LO applications requiring separate vehicle access points for trucks and cars.
