CIM MDM1000 / MDM2000 Metal Dot Matrix Marker are versatile industrial metal marking systems designed to provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional stamping and die-based marking methods. Using reliable dot peen technology, these systems can mark text, logos, graphics, and special characters directly onto metal tag surfaces with precision and flexibility.
The systems support true Windows® fonts, allowing users to create customized markings in a wide variety of font styles and sizes. In addition to standard alphanumeric text, the MDM series can mark logos, graphics, symbols, and country-specific special characters, making it suitable for a broad range of industrial identification and traceability applications.
Designed for use with multiple metal materials, including aluminum, copper, and brass, the MDM1000 and MDM2000 provide durable permanent marking for asset identification, manufacturing, utility, and industrial production environments.
The MDM1000 features a manual-feed configuration for flexible low- to medium-volume production, while the MDM2000 offers fully automatic operation designed for higher-volume production workflows and database-driven applications. Both systems support easy loading and unloading to improve operational efficiency.
Integrated near-end input and near-full output hopper sensors help support continuous production by alerting operators when material levels require attention, minimizing downtime during operation.
