IdentiSys Inc. acquires Inland Business Products, Washington-based ID reseller

Eden Prairie, MN — January 3, 2011 — IdentiSys Inc., North America’s largest sales and service integrator of identification, card issuance, emergency response, and access control security systems, today announced the acquisition of Inland Business Products, Inc., located in Spokane Valley, WA. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

Inland Business Products is a single-source provider of photo identification, mailing, barcode technology, embossing, and card issuance systems to the healthcare, education, corporate, membership and loyalty, first responder and emergency management, local and state government markets in Washington State and Idaho. The company serves Spokane County, Yakima, and the Tri-Cities areas.
