IdentiSys acquires Florida-based Card Solutions Corporation

Eden Prairie, MN — July 15, 2010 — IdentiSys Inc., North America’s largest sales and service integrator of identification, card issuance, emergency response, and access control security systems, today announced the acquisition of Card Solutions Corporation, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.


Founded in 1999, Card Solutions provides ID management, card issuance, and security solutions to the healthcare, education, casino, corporate, financial, emergency management, and government markets in South Florida. The company serves West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Stuart, Fort Meyers, Naples, and Key West areas. “I am pleased to announce all Card Solutions management, sales and service colleagues are joining IdentiSys immediately,” said Debra R.
